• Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to order, please reach out through our contact form — we’d love to explore options with you.

• How much is shipping?

All gift boxes ship for a flat rate of $12 via USPS Priority Mail (3–5 business days). UPS shipping options will soon be available at checkout with rates calculated based on your location.

• When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

• Can I return my order?

Because our gift boxes are hand-curated and often personalized, we are unable to accept returns.

• What if my order arrives damaged?

If something arrives broken or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

• Do you accept cancellations?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we’ve likely begun preparing your box and cannot guarantee cancellation.
